The Lernwerkstatt is a learning environment in which multilingual materials for early childhood education and primary school are displayed. These are complemented by academic literature on inclusive education and enriched with new topics, such as digital practices in early childhood education. The space offers opportunities to reflect on the relationship between theory and practice, as well as on the opportunities and challenges of differentiation. The aim is to reflect on learning environments through research-based learning.
The literature and materials can be borrowed for use in schools. School groups can also explore the environment and are accompanied by the team. To support the further development of the learning workshop, grounded in empirical data, a multi-method research approach is conducted, expanding findings on individual, group, and class-based learning in learning environments.
