Course Topics
Initial conversation to clarify fundamental questions regarding the various types of internships (orientation, project, or research internship) and the procedures related to the activation of the internship. Coaching for defining the internship project and advising on the selection of the internship company. Evaluation and approval of the internship project. Support during the internship (contact person for students and the internship company). Evaluation of the internship report. Feedback on the internship report. Creation of the internship evaluation. Learning Objectives: Acquisition of theoretical and practical knowledge that is significant for the design and implementation of project and research internships. Promotion of critical reflection on acquired knowledge and its situational application in the planning, implementation, and evaluation phases of the project and research internship. Expansion and further development of professional judgment and reflection skills during the course of the project and research internship. Ability to communicate the planning and execution process of the project and research internship as well as the insights gained. Acquisition of strategies and competencies in the design and implementation of projects and research projects.
